Ability to turn off Bluetooth

If you are not using Bluetooth sensors, and do not have the M50/L50 connected to your phone during a ride. being able to turn off Bluetooth and only turn it on when you want to sync activities etc will extend the battery life

When there is not an active bluetooth connection the radio handles this gracefully, the impact to battery is minimal in this case even when searching. For reference, the max draw of that board component is about 19mA, when the dash idles on the home screen with no ride in progress, we draw over 100mA, and more when in a ride. I think we will not do this to avoid more confusion than there already is about the bluetooth connection to the link app. I appreciate the suggestion!
