Firmware Update issues

I can not update from 2.2.1 to 2.3.1 firmware. I bought it with 2.2.1 version and did not used it yet.

    Thank you Kyle. The problem was with my old laptop. I bought a new one, upgraded the Dash L50 with the new firmware. Everything is alright
