Add speed and distance travelled to Stages app display for SB20 bike

Power, gear, and bike mode are great to have in Stages app display for SB20 bike, but please also include speed and distance travelled for bike owners who want to do Spin class or just ride without having to use Zwift or other 3rd party program.

Shifting with the brakes

Would be great to enable the breakes to the shifting options. If one could use the breakes for shifting up or down it would increase the experience
