See battery level when charging, but powered off

If I plug my M50 to power to charge it, nothing shows me what % the battery is at unless I power it on. I'd like to see a % while powered off, if it's being charged.

Support for Garmin Varia Radar lights

Since the Radar light in Ant+ it should be simple to add support for it. The rear Varia RTL light is a really good safety item when out on busy roads. To not be able to use it once I switch from Edge to Dash would be disappointing. Thanks.

Ability to set wheel circumference in mm for speed sensor
